But Piers, who got a full refund from the service, was left disgruntled after waiting at least an hour for his Big Mac - and when it did arrive, he said his drink had soaked his food. "Ordered a Big Mac via @UberEats an hour ago," he tweeted to his legions of followers. "ETA was '20 minutes'. "Now spent past 40 minutes watching my delivery rider waltz his way around West London.
