Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan, 56, took to Twitter today to praise actress Dame Joanna , 75, and to call on people to have more “mental resilience”.

Many Twitter users were quick to decry both celebrities' stance on the subject, while some agreed that there was some logic to it.

This morning Piers Morgan shared a tweet about Dame Joanna’s comments with his 7.9 million Twitter followers. The journalist retweeted GB News presenter Isabel Oakeshott, 47, who had shared her interview speaking to Joanna Lumley about the subject with her 195, 100 followers.
