The entire Arsenal squad are in the midst of a period of self-isolation after manager Mikel Arteta was diagnosed with coronavirus and club captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has delivered an update.

Arteta tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday, with the club moving quickly to lockdown their London Colney training ground and placing any staff who came into contact with the Spaniard asked to self-isolate.

This included the first team squad and Aubameyang, like the rest of the players, has been given a tailored fitness plan to work on at home.

The 30-year-old has clearly been doing just that, offering fans an insight into his training on Instagram by posting a picture of himself in what looks to be his home gym.
