Fire crews are continuing to tackle a huge blaze at an industrial unit in Tameside. Pictures show the extent of the fire which broke out at Adamson Industrial Estate in Hyde on Saturday night.

Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said around 50 firefighters were called to the scene on Croft Street, as a huge plume of smoke could be seen for miles around.

The fire is believed to involve a building containing multiple business units - some of which are three storeys high. It is thought a large amount of chemicals are stored inside some of the buildings, and crews are working to ensure they remain intact.
