Phillip Schofield has revealed he has tested positive for coronavirus. The This Morning host took to Instagram on Monday night with a picture of his Lateral Flow Test.

It came hours after he appeared live on the ITV daytime show alongside Rochelle Humes. "Well b******s!!" he wrote alongside the image of the test, clearly displaying two lines to show he has the virus. If he doesn't get those negative tests, his position on Sunday’s Dancing On Ice live show will also be in doubt. The presenter, 59, usually hosts the ITV celebrity skating competition alongside Holly Willoughby, 40 who is also his co-presenter on This Morning.

The Manchester Evening News has contacted ITV and This Morning for an update on what this means for the show. Phillip was last seen hosting the programme on Monday with Rochelle and was with Holly at Dancing On Ice on Sunday.
