Phillip Schofield has seemingly put the final nail in the coffin for his former friendship with his onscreen co-star of This Morning and off-screen best pal Holly Willoughby as he has unfollowed her on social media platform Instagram.It comes as 42-year-old ITV presenter Holly is expected to attend this year's annual National Television Awards alongside fellow colleagues Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary for the glitzy event at London's O2 arena for the first time without Phillip in tow.Their reported 'feud' came to blows over recent months when former This Morning presenter Phillip confessed to engaging in an affair with a younger male colleague while working at the ITV's London-based studios and admitted it was 'unwise but not illegal.'
