Pep Guardiola has been praised for coming up with a plan that helped Manchester City starlet Phil Foden emerge on the world stage.
The 21-year-old was part of the heart-broken England squad that reached the Euro 2020 final - and has already got his hands on three Premier League medals.
Foden has been dipped in and out of the City line-up by Guardiola in that time. However, citing the example of his former Arsenal teammate Jack Wilshere, pundit Ray Parlour feels the Spaniard was dead right with his approach for the Stockport-born playmaker.
