A health expert has shared his go-to weight loss hack that could help slimmers shed a noticeable amount of belly fat in just one week.Pharmacist Abraham Kohdadi's advice is for those who want to slim down "fast" without following a rigid diet that cuts out important food groups.

He explained his own formulated method that he claims can slim waists down by up to five centimetres, while also dropping one kilogram of body weight in a seven day span.The specialist who is also known as @AbrahamThePharmacist on YouTube has left his followers amazed after sharing the informative video titled: "How to lose belly fat in one week and weight fast".In the clip, he talked through what he has dubbed the "Abraham diet" which recommends three meals a day that a slimmer portions out with their own hands, the Mirror reports.He said: "Let me teach you the Abraham diet.

So every day, you're going to have three meals, and we're gonna use these bad boys [gesturing with his hands] to portion our food groups."Carbohydrates: each meal will consist of one fist-sized portion of starchy carbohydrates.

Proteins: each meal will consist of one palm-sized portion of lean protein. Vegetables or salad: each meal will consist of one cooked handful of veg or salad.
