A worried mum has issued a heartfelt plea for her teenage son to come home having been missing for a week. Sharon Farnworth says her son Denholm, 15, left home in Whalley Range last Tuesday (April 25) while she took her mum to a hospital appointment.
His disappearance came the day after the family returned from Mallorca, where they had spent 10 days on holiday. Sharon is 'petrified' for her son, who left home without money or his medication, and she says he has not answered her calls. "It's been really tough," said Sharon. He's very vulnerable. "He likes to be the class clown, he'll always be at the centre of what's going on - that's what petrifies me.
He's got no money for food, no money for anything." It's believed Denholm, a student at Castlefield Campus, may be in the Gorton area.
