Peter Kay has been slammed by some of his own fans after he had two 'hecklers' ejected from his Manchester show - one of whom he is said to have compared to Lisa Riley.
It comes as the actress appeared to play down the row in a cryptic post on social media. The Bolton-born comic played the AO Arena on Saturday (February 8) night as part of his mammoth Better Late Than Never Again tour.
However, during the second half of the show, Kay is said to have said to have asked that a man who had been repeatedly shouting his catchphrase 'garlic bread' be removed.
One attendee told the Manchester Evening News: "Peter Kay said 'right this guy, where are you?' He stood up, the lights went on him.
