"I’ve got a jam-packed week coming up as Emily, Junior, Princess and I are all attending the Pride of Britain Awards and then I go straight into filming my Channel 5 drama.

It’s a crazy time but an exciting one too. Pride of Britain will be the first event Emily and I have attended together this year, and it’s such an important one.

I say it every year, but it’s amazing to see the British public get behind people and recognise their amazing achievements. Halloween Plans I can’t believe we’re at this time of year already where we’re making Halloween plans.

Where has the time gone? I’ll unfortunately be in Cyprus filming but Emily has some really good plans for the kids, and Millie and Theo are so excited to dress up - They’ve still to pick their costumes but I think they’ll go all out this year.
