Peter Andre (born 27 February 1973) is an English-born Cypriot-Australian singer, songwriter, businessman, and television personality. He gained popularity as a singer, best known for his singles "Mysterious Girl" and "Flava".
He is also known for appearing on the third series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, and the thirteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, in which he was partnered with Janette Manrara.
Peter Andre has spoken out about the recent controversy surrounding Strictly Come Dancing after numerous reports came to light about the professional dancers on the show.
The singer, who participated in the 13th series of the BBC competition in 2015 with professional partner Janette Manrara, said that he was "was surrounded by a great bunch of people" during his time on the show.
Despite ongoing investigations into allegations of bullying on the show, the pop star, 51, had only positive things to say about his experience, reports the Mirror.
In his column for OK! Magazine, he wrote: "I've been reading a lot about what's going on with Strictly at the moment but I can really only comment about my own experience on the show.
