dailyrecord.co.ukA near 3000 acre diverse nature estate in Highland Perthshire has been put on the market for offers over £5.85 million.Glengoulandie, near Aberfeldy, is an extensive forest estate with young conifer crops and mixed broadleaves and is for sale through Goldcrest Land and Forestry Group.With impressive views towards Schiehallion, the 2975-acre area also includes a large area of stunningly wild open hill, afforestation opportunities and a high quality forest road network.The sale includes a modern and a traditional cottage, both with three bedrooms, as well as a farm building/workshop.The mixed terrain provides deer stalking and natural capital opportunities as well as regular sightings of Golden eagles and an increasing population of Black grouse is present.In 2013, an area of 457 hectares, located on the lower western slopes, was enclosed within a deer-poof fence and in 2014 some 315 hectares were planted with forestry.
