Local residents shared stunning pictures taken of Bonfire weekend celebrations as many major displays returned to Perth and Kinross for the first time since 2019.
Families and friends gathered at a foggy South Inch in Perth on Saturday to marvel at the pulsating pyrotechnics. Local bands also performed on the night along with a fantastic funfair, entertaining people of all ages.Perth Strathearn Round Table staged the event after receiving a common good grant of more than £20,000 earlier this year.
The socially-conscious group also set up a JustGiving page to help raise £500 towards local causes.The Fair City event took place from 6pm-11pm with thousands in attendance while in Pitlochry a community event was planned for November 4 at the Recreation Ground.There was also a fire and display in Blairgowrie on Saturday at Wellmeadow and another in Comrie on November 4 at Laggan Park.
Some residents from Dundee and Fife travelled to Perth to attend fireworks displays as no public displays were held in Dundee over the weekend.
