Please avoid the area."A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.20am on Sunday, November 27, officers were called to a report of a crash between a vehicle and a pedestrian. "The pedestrian, a 63-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. “A 26-year-old man has been arrested in connection and enquiries are ongoing.”
