Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust (GMMH) has been slammed by city leaders for not making enough progress, nor fast enough, around 16 months on from allegations of abuse of patients and ‘disgusting’ behaviour of staff. But senior figures at the troubled NHS trust say they have been struggling to recruit for the top posts in the organisation.
