In the docs, Fowler cites «irreconcilable differences» as the reason to terminate the marriage, and she accuses the country star of «inappropriate marital conduct» after claiming he is «guilty of adultery.» Fowler also revealed she's pregnant and is due in May.

The 37-year-old singer and his wife had gotten married in April 2017, after having dated on and off since 2008. The court documents also revealed that Hannah is pregnant and expecting to give birth to the couple’s first child in May, according to People. The pair had yet to announce that she was expecting. Despite their relationship mostly staying out of the spotlight, Hannah was the inspiration for many of the country star’s biggest hits.
