‘White Mischief’ star Joss Ackland has died, aged 95

Deadline Hollywood, telling the publication: “With his distinctive voice and commanding presence, Ackland brought a unique intensity and gravitas to his role. He will be remembered as one of Britain’s most talented and beloved actors.”While a cause of death was not shared, the actor’s rep Paul Pearson told Variety that Joss Ackland – born Sidney Edmond Jocelyn Ackland in North Kensington, London, in 1928 – died “peacefully”.
