Former Emmerdale actor Michael Parr has revealed his surprise second career before he found fame on the popular soap. During an interview with Lorraine Kelly in 2018, Mike, 35, said that he used to be a teaching assistant before he made his debut as bad boy character Ross Barton.

Emmerdale viewers last saw Emily Head as her character Rebecca White when she left with on-screen boyfriend Ross Barton (played by Michael Parr) and her son Seb, who she shares with Robert Sugden (played by Ryan Hawley).
