Welsh actor Ewen MacIntosh, who starred in the UK's version of The Office, has died aged 50.The comedian played 'Big Keith' Bishop, the oddball character who worked in the accounting section, in the Ricky Gervais show which aired from 2001 to 2003.Talent management company JustRight Management posted a heartfelt message on X announcing his passing, saying: "With great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved comedy genius Ewen MacIntosh. His family thank all who supported him, especially Willow Green Care Home.There will be a private cremation for family & close friends soon & a celebratory memorial later in the year." The star previously shared his trips to hospital amid mysterious health issues. He posted on X - formerly known as Twitter - in February 2022 and shared a picture of himself in a hospital bed, hooked up to some machinery.

Soccer AM has reportedly been cancelled by Sky after almost 30 years on the air.The popular Sunday morning TV show will be removed from Sky’s broadcasting schedule at the end of the current Premier League season, with 10 episodes still remaining.A spokesperson for Sky did not confirm the show’s cancellation, but said consultations were underway as they aim to “adapt to the evolving needs” of viewers.“Soccer AM has played an important role in our coverage of football for the past three decades, and we continually adapt to the evolving needs of our customers,” the spokesperson said (via The Guardian).“We now go into a period of consultation to discuss the proposed changes with our people. We are unable to provide more detail while these consultations are underway.”Soccer AM was launched on Sky Sports in 1995.
