Noel Fielding has revealed that he was once stopped by police while he was wearing a pair of Courtney Love’s pyjamas.The former Mighty Boosh star and current host of The Great British Bake Off tells the story in an upcoming episode of Never Mind The Buzzcocks, a preview clip of which you can watch above.With Love serving as a panellist on the other team on the episode, Fielding says: “I was staying at your house, it was the day after New Year’s Day, and you gave me a pair of pyjamas, and you said, ‘Go to Hamburger Hamlet’.“I walked there in the pyjamas, and the police stopped me and said, ‘Have you escaped from a mental home?’ And I said, ‘No, I’m staying with Courtney Love’, and they said, ‘Oh, OK, course you are(!)’.”In the clip, Love also reveals that she is a fan of pub quizzes, and recalls the feeling of winning one being better than “what I imagine winning an Oscar is like”.Fielding has also recently reflected on his “partying” days with Love in the ‘00s. “I took partying to its logical conclusion,” he said.

Fans of The Great British Bake Off were left shocked recently, as host Noel Fielding revealed his age.The Bake Off presenter appeared alongside co-host Matt Lucas while letting the bakers know what their next task would be, and hinted at the fact that he and Matt were nearing their 50s. Noel, who recently welcomed his second child with girlfriend Lliana Bird, referenced ‘80s kids show Emu's All Live Pink Windmill during an exchange with Matt, while telling the bakers that they have to be “over 45” to get the joke.

Writing on Instagram, the baking fan shared recipes with followers, and announced the news of her pregnancy.Posting a picture of herself holding one of her dishes she wrote: “I’ve actually been baking a little something myself this lockdown so I’m starting my mat leave from @radiox this week, and whilst i’ll keep on posting my lazy mum recipes for you all here on insta, I’m also delighted that @pollyjames will be keeping my show seat warm in the coming months on the #SundayChill.
