Will Mellor joins Coronation Street as drug lord in dark Simon Barlow plot
Coronation Street will be welcoming Two Pint of Lager and A Packet of Crisps star Will Mellor onto the cobbles later this year in a dark storyline with Leanne and Simon.The hunk has been cast as "menacing" Harvey on the ITV soap and bosses have revealed he will cause misery for fan favourite Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson).Viewers have recently seen Simon get pulled into the dark world of drugs as he has started delivering packages for Jacob to try and earn some money.And things will get even worse for Simon as Leanne tries to save her son from the drugs gang he has got involved in.
