Naman Ramachandran Indian talent and content management company Tulsea has expanded its roster with several significant signings, including Anasuya Sengupta, who made history as the first Indian actor to win the best actress award at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival in the Un Certain Regard category for “The Shameless,” directed by Konstantin Bojanov. Rising star Sindhu Sreenivasa Murthy, recently named a BAFTA Breakthrough Artist for 2024, joins the agency following her breakout directing and acting turn in the Kannada-language “Aachar & Co.” Murthy has previously appeared in Netflix’s “Brahman Naman” and “Better Life Foundation.” The new roster additions include Ahilya Bamroo, who recently debuted opposite Abhishek Bachchan in Shoojit Sircar’s “I Want to Talk,” and British actor Daniel Caltagirone, who played the antagonist in Pa Ranjith’s Tamil-language action film “Thangalan.” Both Bamroo and Caltagirone are co-represented with Independent Talent Agency (U.K.).
