BBC Garden Rescue's Charlie Dimmock has confessed she has 'no regrets' over her affair with a co-star that led to the end of her relationship with long-term partner John Mushet. Charlie, who is now hosting the new BBC show Garden Rescue, became a household name while presenting Ground Force alongside Alan Titchmarsh and Tommy Walsh from 1997 to 2005, with the show attracting up to 12 million viewers at its peak. In 2001, during her stint on Ground Force, it was revealed that Charlie had been having an affair with microphone operator Andy Simmons, leading to her split with John.

More recently, viewers may know Charlie thanks to her role on BBC show Garden Rescue.

Charlie Dimmock revealed she had 'no regrets' about her controversial affair with co-star during her time one-third presenting Ground Force.

She continued: "I like my own company. I like to do what I want to do, I'm very selfish like that.
