Stardew Valley has confirmed details of a second global concert tour set to take place through 2025 and beyond.‘Stardew Valley: Symphony of Seasons’ follows on from this year’s ‘Festival Of Seasons’ tour, which celebrated the four seasons of music that can be heard in Stardew Valley throughout the year. After the “overwhelming response” to that tour, a brand new show will hit the road next year.

ConcernedApe has released a new patch for Stardew Valley, bringing 40 new mines and a fishing update to the sim.Last month, Stardew Valley received an absolutely massive 1.6 update that included new festivals, a new mastery system and a new farm alongside fixes, “secrets” and easter eggs.Shortly after that, creator Eric Barone confirmed the launch of a 1.6.4 patch that would feature “a new fishing thing, and some new mining related stuff”. Well, that patch has now gone live and it seems Barone was underselling it somewhat.According to the patch notes, the 1.6.4 update includes various quality of life, gameplay and technical fixes as well as updates for multiplayer and a number of balance edits.The 1.6.4 update is out for PC! This patch adds some new content, as well as many improvements, balance changes, and bug fixes.

Stardew Valley players are eagerly awaiting the 1.6 update, due to launch later today, and creator ConcernedApe has revealed many mods should be compatible with the update immediately.ConcernedApe, real name Eric Barone, tweeted last night, “A ton of mods are already updated for 1.6”. He recommends “trying out 1.6 without mods”, but also stated, “I’ve added a public steam branch that will let you stay on version 1.5.6 if you choose”.

Stardew Valley creator Eric Barone has shared a feature on Twitter that most players won’t have noticed.Barone’s tip focuses on the community centre, which requires items to be donated to it. These donations lead to upgrades across the entire map.
