Diana Jenkins will be now able to subpoena Meta as she attempts to identify the bots sending racist messages to Garcelle Beauvais' 14-year-old son Jax.Jenkins filed a lawsuit earlier this month against the unidentified bots she believes are the ones behind the messages, and last week asked for permission to subpoena Meta in order to gain information about the accounts behind the messages, according to TMZ.Now, a judge has allowed Jenkins to subpoena Meta, the parent company of Instagram, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
