Even though Fallout: London isn’t an official expansion to the franchise, the development team has previously stated that it wants to adhere to the series’ canon, and make sure that any new concepts feel like they fit within the franchise.Last month NME sat down with project lead Dean Carter, who revealed that Fallout: London will have original music written specifically for the mod, which will aim to parody classic British music like The Beatles and David Bowie.‘Nuclear Submarine’ will blend The Beatles with Fallout‘s signature atom punk culture, for example.Carter also revealed that Fallout franchise alums Ron Perlman and Liam Neeson were approached for the mod, with Perlman’s agent telling the group that it “couldn’t ever afford him,” whilst Neeson simply said he was no longer interested in doing work for the franchise.“Visiting a totally new setting allows for us to explore totally new cultures which have not homogenised with their American counterparts,” reads the trailer description.

Fallout 4 mod Fallout: London will include a number of original music tracks inspired by the works of British artists like The Beatles and David Bowie.That’s according to Fallout: London’s project lead Dean Carter, who told NME in a recent interview that the mod’s development team has created around 45 original songs that either take inspiration from ‘50s and ‘60s British music, or reflect a specific part of the mod itself.“Anything that has been sort of, like covered, it’s either in the public domain, or we’ve got permission to use them,” explained Carter. “The one that like skirts the line the most is ‘Nuclear Submarine’, rather than obviously ‘Yellow Submarine’”.The ‘Nuclear Submarine’ track – along with a David Bowie-inspired song – is completely original, but aims to evoke the musical style it’s emulating whilst putting a Fallout spin on it.“One of the songs is singing about the different tube stations,” Carter adds.

Press material says that the Estate presented Morgen with more than five million assets in 2017.The director has now said his own life was “out of control” when he began work on the film in January of that year.“Just as I started working on this film, I suffered a massive heart attack.

Skunk Anansie frontwoman Skin has told NME about the “honour” of being asked to play the Grace Jones-curated Meltdown festival 2022, and revealed the memorable request letter that the icon sent her.Having been handpicked by Jones to perform at this June’s Meltdown festival in London alongside the likes of John Grant, Sky Ferreira, Peaches, Hot Chip and Greentea Peng, Skin described the invitation as “an honour”.“I was aghast because we were the first band she asked,” Skin told NME. “She wrote us a letter saying: ‘If you don’t do it, I’m going to break your neck!’ Something like that! It was a typical Grace Jones letter and it cracked me up.”In the ‘90s, Skin resented constant comparisons to Jones, considering it reductive to equate the two trailblazers because they are both outspoken black female performers.
