Brookside's Grant family now from EastEnders role to Corrie appearance

The Grant family was one of the first fictional clans to step onto Brookside when the soap first aired on Channel 4 in 1982.The much-loved drama quickly became an '80s and '90s classic as it told the stories of the residents of Brookside Close in Liverpool for 21 years across 2,915 episodes. Although the series had a long and successful run, Brookside finally came to an end in 2003 after being axed due to low ratings. But there were some TV gold moments along the way many of which included the Grant family, consisting of mum and dad Bobby and Sheila, daughter Karen and sons Barry and Damon.
