Giggs' ex admits to sex tapes and 'lost phone in river' before cops asked for evidence
The ex-Wales footballer is in court for allegedly intimidating, controlling, coercing and physically assaulting Ms Greville, all of which he denies.At Manchester Crown Court on Wednesday (August 10) with Giggs' barrister, Chris Daw QC, cross-examining Ms Greville and asking about sex tapes and missing phones.Ms Greville, when questioned about an email sent to her by Giggs entitled "blackmail", admitting to making sex tapes and said that she believed an attachment was of this nature.The message from Giggs said that he might share it with her work WhatsApp group, with Ms Greville saying that she chose not to play the video at the time.The court were then shown the video, which included people singing and dancing to the song Last Christmas by Wham.In regards to the missing mobiles, Ms Greville said that she lost a phone in a river before having one stolen from her in the street.Mr Daw said: "Did you tell police you had lost your phone?"Ms Greville said: "Yes I dropped it, I tried to rescue my dog in the river and it slipped out of my pocket into the river."Mr Daw added: "Was that the only time you had lost your phone?"With Ms Greville continuing: "I had another phone which was stolen as I was walking along Market Street.
