Nathaniel Wood urges people struggling to reach out as he details OCD and anxiety battle
UFC prospect Nathaniel Wood has urged those struggling with their mental health to find someone to talk to on World Mental Health Day as he hails the support of his family and therapist.The 29-year-old Londoner has opened up about his lifelong battle with OCD and anxiety which originated in childhood, explaining how speaking honestly to his loved ones has helped.Wood, who began fighting professionally back in 2012, first started seeing signs of his condition as a child - before he understood what it meant.Speaking to Daily Star Sport, Wood said: "I remember know having bad OCD when I was a kid.
