A Wigan dealer was caught with drugs, money and a “check list” after being pulled over by police in a Lake District town.Billy Smith, 26, was pulled over by police near Ambleside and admitted smoking a joint but ran away when officers asked to search the car he was driving.Officers found drugs and mobile phones in the car.Smith, from Atherton in Wigan, was found four hours later in a nearby Lakeland village in possession of a “check list” and cash.He has now been jailed in Cumbria for drug supply offences.Smith was driving along the A591 near Ambleside at around 10:30pm on February 24, 2019 when he was stopped by officers, Cumbria Police says.While at the roadside he admitted to smoking a cannabis joint.When the officers told him they were
