Persimmon West Scotland give bumper donation to Strathaven Rugby Club

A Lanarkshire rugby club has received a bumper donation from a local housebuilder. Persimmon West Scotland announced Strathaven Rugby Club as one of their Community Champions and is supporting the club with a £5000 donation.

The money from the homebuilder will be used to purchase new kit and equipment for the women’s team.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

This money will help kit them out for the new season.“It will also help us kit out one of our midis teams, so thanks to Persimmon for the donation as it makes a huge difference to a club like ours.“It’s our 40th anniversary year, so adding the ladies team to our club is awesome and being named as one of
