Perrie Edwards admits 'heartbreak' over Jesy Nelson fallout and reveals unlikely star who has become her confidante

The 31 year old told Cosmopolitan that she wished things "went differently" between them after Jesy, 33, decided to leave the band in 2020 due to a struggle with her mental health.The two had been on stage together for nine years.
Jade Thirlwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Perrie, and Jesy all auditioned individually for X Factor but were grouped together, creating a successful recipe as Little Mix.Together they sold 60 million records and gained five number one singles along with seven top 10 albums in the UK.
After Jesy's departure, the girls continued, but took a break in 2022. Shedding light on her relationship with Jesy, Perrie admitted: "We don't talk, and haven't done for a long time, It's really sad, it's heart-breaking.
