Pep Guardiola says Aymeric Laporte and Kevin de Bruyne are back in training but will be assessed on Wednesday before Manchester City's Premier League fixture with Arsenal.
De Bruyne has missed the last two City games after picking up an issue in the Carabao Cup final, while Laporte hobbled out of the Champions League first-leg win at Real Madrid.
Ahead of the rearranged fixture with Arsenal, Guardiola confirmed both players were back in training - but will be assessed before the game.
He said: "Let me think. Laporte, Kevin training last two days. I don’t know if they will be able to play tomorrow. We’ll have another session tomorrow and the rest will be okay." Guardiola was also asked about Leroy Sane, who is also training as he continues
