An urgent appeal has been launched to trace a missing teenager with links to Manchester. Jessica, 13, from Lancashire, was last seen three days ago on Saturday, September 21.
She was last seen in Burnley town centre at around 5pm. Lancashire Constabulary has now shared an appeal asking for the public's help in tracing her and asked anyone who sees her to dial 999 immediately.
Jessica, whose surname was not disclosed by police, is described as being 5ft 5ins tall, and of a slim build with sandy-coloured hair. She was carrying a brown cross-body bag. Police revealed that Jessica has links to Burnley, Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle.
