Ian Cullen has now been caught operating as a pimp for the second time, having had as many as nine women under his control as part of the illegal business.
The operation saw a pregnant woman whom he had employed as a sex worker left "extremely anxious and distressed" at a hotel in Liverpool city centre, having also instructed her to pay visits to truckers on laybys off main roads.
Liverpool Crown Court heard yesterday (Monday) that police were called to the Ibis hotel on Dale Street at around 8.45am on September 14 2021 and found an expectant woman in an "extremely anxious and distressed state".
