People 'haven't used the heating' since buying them, but how do Oodies compare with Primark Snuddies?

Oversized hoodies, wearable blankets, whatever you want to call them, they're all the rage this year as people look for ways to keep their costs down.

With energy bills soaring, most families are trying to use the heating as little as possible to avoid a hefty gas bill. People are saying they've stopped them from having to turn the heating on. And one mum-of-two told us how her family's Oodies have been a godsend for keeping her and her kids warm both at home and on trips in their campervan.

So how good are they? We decided to put them to the test against Primark's Snuddies to see how they fare as the chillier weather sets in.

Having ordered the Oodies online, a trip to Primark was necessary for the Snuddies as they don't do delivery. I was told that the children's Oodies are suitable for ages three to 13, but most tweens tend to opt for the adult size to give them a bit more room, so with my kids aged 11 and 13, we went for four adult sizes - a bit more expensive but it means they'll get longer out of them.
