People are only just realising the unusual meaning behind N-Dubz's name

For those who came of age in the 2000s, N-Dubz inevitably brings back a wave of nostalgia. The group, famous for chart-toppers like "I Need You" and "Number One", gave us some unforgettable tunes, transcending music to become soundtracks of the era.

Hailing from Camden Town, the trio featured family members Dappy and Tulisa, alongside Fazer. They made their mark on the music scene with a win at the MOBO Awards, taking home the accolade for Best Newcomer in 2007.

Not long after, they inked a deal with Polydor Records before moving onto All Around the World label. The success continued as, by 2008, their debut album, "Uncle B", stormed the charts, earning double platinum status, and gifting fans with four Top 40 hits.

By 2009, N-Dubz's meteoric rise was cemented when they clinched the title for Best UK Act at the MOBO Awards and unveiled their sophomore album, "Against All Odds".
