David Webster has blasted the supermarket’s “disgusting” customer service after the food box arrived on his mother’s door steps with the ready meals “a mess” inside.
David and his partner Hayley had purchased a Morrisons food box last week in a bid to help his elderly mother remain at home during coronavirus lockdown.
The couple, who live in Norfolk, went online to make the order to be delivered to the elderly woman’s address in County Durham.
