A woman self-isolating was left horrified after finding a used tissue in her Morrisons food delivery. The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, is classed as vulnerable and has been shielding at her home in Stone, North Staffordshire, for weeks.

She had ordered a weekly food shop from the supermarket chain and was shocked to find a scrunched up tissue among her essential items.
