Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens, and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. He took charge of his family's real-estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded its operations from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan.
The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. Forbes estimates his net worth to be $3.1 billion.
A pensioner has died in a Scots town after she took unwell earlier today. The incident happened at around 2pm today, Wednesday, August 30, on Old Sneddon Street in Paisley.
Emergency services scrambled to the scene but the 73-year-old woman was sadly pronounced dead, Glasgow Live reports. One lane of traffic was closed by cops and the area was cordoned off, with a blue tent being placed around the scene.
Police have informed the woman's next of kin and said there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2pm on Wednesday, August 30, police in Paisley were called to Old Sneddon Street, near the junction with Smithhills Street, following reports of a woman taking unwell.“Emergency services attended and a 73-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene.“There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances and next of kin are aware.” Don't miss the latest news from around Scotland and beyond.
