Penelope Cruz & Javier Bardem Arrive in Style for Goya Cinema Awards 2022 Alongside Cate Blanchett
justjared.comPenelope Cruz and Javier Bardem are stepping out in style! The 47-year-old actress and the 52-year-old actor posed together on the red carpet while arriving at the 2022 Goya Cinema Awards on Saturday evening (February 12) at Palau de les Arts in Valencia, Spain.
For the event, Penelope looked pretty in a lavender gown covered with white and red polka dots while Javier sported an all-black tux. Cate Blanchett also stepped out for the the awards event, wearing a silver beaded gown, where she was honored with the Goya International Award.
Also in attendance was Pedro Almodovar, who recently directed Penelope in Parallel Mothers.
Earlier in the day, Cate, 52, sported a pink suit as she attended the Goya International Award photo call. If you didn’t know, the Goya Cinema Awards are Spain’s main national film awards, which most people find to be the Spanish equivalent of the Oscars.
