However, customers using Bridgwater services in Somerset have complained of “a urine smell and toilet paper strewn on the floor” with one peed off driver declaring it “should be demolished”.One recent visitor told the survey, which is made up of 2,700 Brits, that ‘everything is awful’, with other visitors describing it as ‘dirty’, ‘depressing’ and ‘unsafe’.It's not all doom and gloom in the west though.
