Paula Patton To Produce & Star In Psychological Drama ‘Finding Faith’; Loretta Devine Also Set
deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: Following their collaboration on TriStar’s 2011 wedding dramedy Jumping the Broom, Paula Patton and Emmy winner Loretta Devine are set to reteam on Finding Faith, an indie psychological drama from writer-director LazRael Lison (A Miracle Before Christmas).
The film follows the story of Faith Mitchell (Patton), a loving wife and mother struggling to keep her family together amidst financial hardships and personal loss.
Details as to Devine’s role are under wraps. Others in the cast include Keith David (American Fiction), Demetrius Grosse (Fear the Walking Dead), Stephen Bishop (Moneyball) and Nadine Velazquez (Flight).
Patton will produce through her Third Eye Productions, alongside Charles F. Porter of Black Bench Productions and Tatiana Chekhova of Summerhouse Pictures, with Marlon D.
