Paul Merson names two Man City players among Premier League's top five midfielders

De Bruyne shone for Belgium in their 2-1 Nations League win over Wales on Thursday, scoring and assisting. It means he’s registered two goals and a phenomenal nine assists already this season.
His latest assist for Manchester City in Saturday’s 3-0 win over Wolves saw him equal Steven Gerrard’s 92 haul across his career.
Many believe he is the best midfielder to play in the Premier League and Merson agrees.
