Paul Danan’s Cause of Death Was Mixture of Drugs, Including Heroin and Cocaine

Ellise Shafer Paul Danan, the British actor and reality star known for “Hollyoaks,” died after taking a mixture of drugs including heroin and cocaine.

According to the BBC, during an inquest hearing on Tuesday at Avon Coroner’s Court, it was revealed the provisional cause of death for Danan — who died on Jan.

15 at the age of 46 — was the combined toxicity of heroin, methadone, coedine, pregabalin, cocaine and zopiclone. Benzodiazepine use was also a contributing factor.

Coroner’s officer Alexis Camp added that “there are no family concerns” and a note was not left by the star, who was found deceased in his Bristol home and identified by his partner, Melissa Crooks.
