deadline.comFormer Hollyoaks star Paul Danan’s death was down to a toxic combination of heroin, methadone and other drugs, an inquest has heard.
The 46-year-old died last month and an inquest today was opened and then adjourned for a full hearing to May 28, according to the BBC, which reported its provisional results.
Danan’s provisional cause of death was combined toxicity of heroin, methadone, coedine, pregabalin, cocaine, zopiclone, contributed to by benzodiazepine use, the BBC said.
Danan played the loveable Sol Patrick in Hollyoaks and also appeared on Celebrity Love Island and Celebrity Big Brother. His death sent shockwaves through the UK entertainment industry.
