Mahomes has only been in the NFL for a few years, but already he's made a huge impact on the game and is one of the league's most recognisable faces.
Last year the 25-year-old led the Chiefs to their first Super Bowl win since 1970, and in the process was awarded the Most Valuable Player for his performance.
This year he will be up against legendary quarterback Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The pair have faced-off four times before, winning two each, but this will be the first time they’ve gone head-to-head in the Super Bowl.
