Paris Fury has opened up about her upbringing and dismissed claims that Traveller women are only taught "how to cook and clean".The mum-of-seven, 33, who welcomed her newest child with husband Tyson Fury, 35, on 18 September, has hit out at the stereotypes, as she heaped praise on her mum Lynda for raising her to be a "strong, independent woman".

Paris also credited her grandmother, who she described as "strong woman", and hinted that her book, How Does She Do it?, will included details about her upbringing. “I think Travellers have this stereotype that all the women know is how to clean, and I really want to push this in the book – I hope it comes through. “I wasn’t just taught how to shine silver or polish dishes, I was taught how to run a home, a business and be a strong, independent woman," she told Fabulous magazine. The 33 year old said the skills she was taught were "passed down through the generations" and she was always told "you can do this" by her beloved mum. “I’ve come from a strong line of women, and we didn’t just learn how to cook and clean.

My mum taught me how to drive, she taught me how to use the bank, do businesses, get into college," Paris added. The mum-of-seven went to explain how she has made it her mission to ensure all of her children are taught the importance of helping out at home and are capable of completing general household tasks.

Paris said her brood "must take responsibility for themselves" and this has stopped her from hiring a professional cleaner, as she doesn't feel this will teach her children much.
