Paramount Lands Spec ‘Reality Vice’ From ‘Booksmart’ Scribe Katie Silberman With Maximum Effort And Entertainment 360 Producing

Ryan Reynolds’ Maximum Effort will produce the film alongside Entertainment 360’s Geoff Shaevitz and Silberman. Set in the world of a popular housewife reality television series, a female detective goes undercover amidst a group of affluent women.
Silberman has been one of the go-to scribes when it comes to original stories going back to her work on the Netflix hit The Set Up, starring Zoey Deutch and Glen Powell.
She would go on to pen the comedy Isn’t It Romantic and got her big break on with her acclaimed work on Booksmart, which earned her a WGA nomination for best original screenplay and a Spirit win for best first original screenplay.
